ACROSS CANADA
Franchise financing, wherever you’re building.
From a first location to a growing franchise network, we help entrepreneurs arrange financing across Canada. Start with your province or territory for the local planning details that matter to a lender.
One team. Canada-wide support.
We work with you remotely and assess banks, credit unions and BDC according to your project and location. Our listed office is in North York, Ontario. The regions below describe our service coverage, not a network of local offices.
Local costs, permits, lease conditions and opening schedules shape your financing request. These guides connect those practical details to your business plan.

Start with the transaction, then the location
Opening a first franchise, buying an operating location and adding another unit are different financing requests. A new opening needs equipment and construction estimates, an opening timetable and cash-flow assumptions. A purchase also needs the seller’s financial records and a clear explanation of the assets or shares being acquired. Expansion connects the new project with your existing debt, operations and management capacity.
Choose a service guide alongside the provincial information. The service guide helps organize the financing request; the regional guide helps you identify practical local preparation.
How location changes the application
Premises, landlord requirements, approvals, freight and construction schedules can affect the amount you need and when you need it. Use quotes and requirements for the actual location. A province-wide average does not replace a lease, contractor estimate or municipal check for your proposed address.
For an acquisition, examine how the location has performed rather than relying only on the franchise network’s overall story. For a new site, explain the customer catchment, operating model and assumptions behind your projected sales. Keep a cash buffer for opening delays and a slower start.
Our guides identify official resources for these checks. Provincial and territorial resources are labelled accordingly; municipal resources relate to the named community. Confirm requirements with the relevant authority before making commitments.
What stays consistent across every province
- A complete project budget, including your own investment and cash reserves.
- A business plan with cash-flow projections and a credible opening or acquisition schedule.
- A lender assessment of repayment capacity, credit, security and program eligibility.
Credit-union membership and geographic criteria vary. A franchise brand or location alone does not guarantee a loan.
